RETURN
We will happily accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the purchase date on all items,
Excluding Sale Items, Gift Cards, and Kids Beauty products. All returns should be in original product packaging with Tag and unused condition for a full refund (excluding your original Shipping & Handling Fees).
Sale Items and Kids Beauty products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return.
Sets - All Clothing Sets and Gift Sets must be returned together and individual items within a set cannot be returned or exchanged on their own.
Gift With Purchase - Any gifts with purchase received are non-refundable and are not exchangeable for another item or different color or print.In order to begin the return process, please contact us (hello@shoplilacbebe.com) first and follow the instructions on your packing list.
Once the warehouse has processed the return, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued (less shipping and handling). Please allow 3-5 business days processing by your financial institution.
EXCHANGE

We offer exchanges! You can exchange your new, unworn items if you need a new size or color through our returns and exhanges portal. Exchanges may be placed within 14 days of the order date.
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return, you can do so within 14 days of the shipping date, and will receive a merchandise credit on a digital gift card. Please email hello@shoplilacbebe.com with your request, prior to returning the item.
